  "Prior to setting up Varius in 2010, I had a very successful career in Management Consulting. I loved working on some the largest transformation programmes in the world,  working for the biggest and best Top Tier Consulting Firms and learning from so many talented people.

"Despite that, winning and delivering work seemed so much harder than it needed to be. I got tired of wasting time on deals that I was never going to win, deals that kept coming down to price and deals that felt one-sided or were ultimately bad deals.

"I was determined to find a better way by learning from Elite Practitioners outside the normal business environment. 12 years and 10,000 hours of research later, I developed a programme that leverages the unique and ridiculously effective techniques from the world of Hostage and Kidnapping Negotiation, Advanced Behaviour Analysis, Elite Sport, Influence and Persuasion and combined it with over 25 years of top tier business consulting experience.
